We are walking distance from the University of Buffalo, Shoshone Park, and Lasalle Metro Station. Angle Street is located on a walking/bike path, on and off-street parking available, and on-site laundry.

Linear park is immediately behind our complex for easy access to walking, hiking, biking paths.

Rental criteria: 650 or better credit score, showing a good payment history and income 3x the monthly rent. We do allow cats with a non-refundable pet fee plus monthly pet rent.
