Updates include vinyl laminate flooring in kitchen and living room, carpet, new bathroom vanity and medicine cabinet, new kitchen countertop and sink, microwave above the stove with new cabinet and full repaint.

Our entrances have keyless coded locks for security and deadbolts on all apartment doors.

We allow cats with a nonrefundable pet fee of $250 and a monthly pet rent of $35. $50 for two pets.

Our application requirements are a credit score of 650 and net income must be at least 3x the monthly rent.
