Our entrances have keyless coded locks for security and deadbolts on all apartment doors.
We allow cats and small dogs (breed restrictions) with a nonrefundable pet fee and a monthly pet rent.

Our application requirements are a credit score of 650 and no accounts in collections ang gross monthly income of 3x the rent.
