Updates include new or steam cleaned carpet, vinyl laminate flooring in the kitchen and bathroom, new vanity and medicine cabinet, full repaint and window coverings.

Our entrances have keyless coded locks for security and deadbolts on all apartment doors.

We allow cats and small dogs with a nonrefundable pet fee of $250 and a monthly pet rent. ($35 for one pet, $50 for two pets.)

Our application requirements are a credit score of 650 and no accounts in collections.
