We have a 2 bedroom 1 1/2 bath apartment for $1200 including heat, DirecTV, hot/cold water and garbage/sewer.
Updates includes new or steam cleaned carpet, vinyl laminate flooring in the kitchen and bathroom, new vanity and medicine cabinet, full repaint.
Our entrances have keyless coded locks for security and deadbolts on all apartment doors.
We allow cats and dogs. Must do meet and greet with dogs(max 2 pets) with a $250 nonrefundable pet fee and a monthly pet rent of $35 ($50 for 2)
Our application requirements are a credit score of 650 and no accounts in collections.
