We have a 2-bedroom 1 bath apartment includes Heat, DirecTV, Hot/Cold water and Garbage/Sewer.

Updates include carpet, vinyl laminate flooring in the kitchen and bathroom, new vanity and medicine cabinet, full repaint and window blinds.

We allow cats and small dogs with a $250 nonrefundable pet fee and a monthly $35 fee. ($50 for two pets).

Our application requirements are a credit score of 650 and no accounts in collections.
