We have a large 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment Includes heat, and hot water. Our apartments are Fios ready.
Updates include hardwood flooring, new bathroom vanity and medicine cabinet & full repaint.
Our 2nd & 3rd floor apartments have private balconies.
Our entrances have keyless coded locks for security and deadbolts on all apartment doors.
We allow cats with a $250 non refundable pet fee and a monthly $25 fee. We do not allow dogs.
Our application requirements are a credit score of 650 and no accounts in collections.
