The monthly rent includes heat, and hot water, off street parking and apartments are Fios ready.

We allow cats with a nonrefundable pet fee of $250 and an additional monthly pet fee of $35 on top of monthly rent. $50 additional monthly pet fee for two pets.

Our application requirements are a credit score of 650 and no accounts in collections, and gross monthly income 3x the rent.
